Returns

A “return” refers to returning a product to Kotori Audio for a refund. We offer returns or refunds on a case-to-case basis.

To be eligible for returns,

  1. The return must be done within 7 days of the purchase.

  2. You must be able to present your proof of purchase.

  3. All items/accessories for the product are present with the original box (except for returns due to missing items).

  4. All items/accessories for the product are in the same condition as received.

To request for a return, please contact Kotori Audio through the available channels found in the “Contact Us” page. If your purchase was made through an authorised dealership, please request for a return through them instead. We will verify your information and product condition before giving approval and arranging for a return with you.

After the return is approved and successfully made,

  1. The amount equal value of the product at the time of purchase will be refunded in full.

  2. Discounted items will have their discounted value refunded.

  3. The shipping cost (for both purchase and return) will not be refunded.

You will be refunded through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon between the customer and Kotori Audio.

Exchanges

An “exchange” refers to returning a purchased product in exchange for a new product of the same model. We only offer to exchange items if they are defective, damaged or not functioning as intended upon arrival or purchase to the customer.

To be eligible for an exchange,

  1. The exchange must be done within 7 days of the purchase.

  2. You must be able to present your proof of purchase.

  3. All items/accessories for the product are present with the original box (except for exchanges due to missing items).

  4. All items/accessories for the product are in the same condition as received.

To request for an exchange, please contact Kotori Audio through the available channels found in the “Contact Us” page. If your purchase was made through an authorised dealership, please request for an exchange through them instead. We will verify your information and product condition before giving approval and arranging for an exchange with you.

After a request for an exchange has been approved,

  1. The customer is required to ship the product to be exchanged back to Kotori Audio (unless otherwise stated or agreed upon). The shipping cost back to Kotori Audio will not be reimbursed.

  2. The exchange item will be shipped free-of-charge to the customer.

    Return Shipping

    The method and cost for return shipping to Kotori Audio are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping option when returning products back to Kotori Audio. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit when products are returned to us.

    Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
